Delete your account

You can delete your Inessio account at any time. Here's how.

Two ways to delete your account

Logged in: in the app under Settings, or here on the website under My Inessio — choose "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page.
Can't log in? Email support@inessio.com from the email address registered to the account and tell us you want the account deleted, and we'll take care of it.

If you have an active subscription it is cancelled immediately when the account is deleted.

Some billing and security records are kept for as long as the law requires, in line with our privacy policy.
